1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and jilivc. By creating a jilivc account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you expressly agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the jilivc website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of jilivc services after these Terms have been updated or modified constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with jilivc, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activities on the Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced strictly across all jilivc services.

By registering a jilivc account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jilivc reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be returned to the original source payment method following identity verification.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The jilivc Platform is designed and operated specifically for players physically located in the Philippines. By using jilivc, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from within Philippine territory. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is not permitted, and jilivc bears no responsibility for users who access the Platform from such jurisdictions in violation of local law.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. If you are registering a jilivc account on behalf of another person, or if your account is used by any person other than yourself, you are in breach of these Terms and your account may be immediately suspended.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Registration Information

When you register a jilivc account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) jilivc account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. jilivc uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify and close duplicate accounts. Any funds or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivc login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilivc support immediately.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that the information associated with your jilivc account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your mobile number, email address, or other contact information changes, you must update your account details promptly through the Account Settings section or by contacting jilivc customer support.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilivc accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), GrabPay, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account status.

4.2 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jilivc account are legally obtained and belong to you. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity, fraud, or third-party sources are strictly prohibited. jilivc reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may request supporting documentation at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your jilivc account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within 5–15 minutes. jilivc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or network failures beyond our control.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jilivc Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you attempt to deposit funds in a different currency, your financial institution or payment processor may apply conversion fees. jilivc is not responsible for currency conversion charges imposed by third parties.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal from your jilivc account at any time, provided that you have completed the KYC verification process (see Section 9) and that your account is in good standing with no pending disputes or investigations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jilivc. For example, if you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered GCash account. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Verified accounts: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. jilivc reserves the right to extend processing times in cases requiring additional verification or investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limit is ₱50,000 for verified accounts. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits. jilivc reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments at our discretion.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds and any associated bonuses must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details on bonus-specific wagering terms.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

6.1 Bonus Terms

jilivc offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and other restrictions.

6.2 Acceptance of Bonuses

By accepting a bonus or participating in a promotion at jilivc, you agree to the specific terms governing that offer. Bonuses are optional — you may decline any bonus by contacting jilivc support before placing bets with bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the jilivc bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and potentially the closure of your account.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

jilivc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional error (such as an incorrectly advertised bonus amount or wagering requirement), jilivc reserves the right to correct the error retroactively and adjust player balances accordingly.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must engage with jilivc games and betting markets in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each game. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors or glitches, and any other form of fraudulent or unfair play is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game offered on the jilivc Platform is governed by its own specific rules, including Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slots, house edge for table games, and betting rules for sports markets. Game rules are published within each game interface and on the jilivc website. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.

7.3 Software Integrity

All games on the jilivc Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be manipulated by jilivc or any third party. In the unlikely event of a software malfunction or error that affects game outcomes, jilivc reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-bet state.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on the jilivc Platform are subject to standard sports betting rules, including settlement based on official results, dead heat rules, void rules for postponed or abandoned events, and maximum payout limits. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilivc Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering a jilivc account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Creating or operating multiple jilivc accounts
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or that do not belong to you
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilivc staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the jilivc Platform
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location or evade restrictions

9. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

9.1 Verification Requirement

jilivc is required by Philippine law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued ID (UMID, PhilHealth card, SSS ID, driver's license, or passport) and a selfie photograph. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

9.2 Accurate Documentation

Documents submitted for KYC verification must be clear, legible, valid (not expired), and must match the name and date of birth provided during jilivc account registration. Submitting falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

9.3 Additional Verification

jilivc reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

10. Responsible Gaming

jilivc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

By using the jilivc Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that it is possible to lose money. jilivc strongly encourages all players to set personal limits before beginning any gaming session and to treat gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

jilivc makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider failures, and other events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. jilivc is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from Platform downtime or interruption.

11.2 Accuracy of Information

While jilivc strives to ensure that all information published on the Platform is accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content. Game odds, payout percentages, and promotional information are subject to change without notice.

11.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilivc's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jilivc account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall jilivc be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11.4 Force Majeure

jilivc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, pandemic, failure of third-party payment networks, internet infrastructure failures, or power outages.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by jilivc

jilivc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, incomplete KYC verification, or any other conduct that jilivc determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of our services.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon suspension or termination of a jilivc account, access to the Platform is immediately revoked. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal procedures. Funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, provided no fraud or Terms violations are identified that would result in forfeiture.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jilivc account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to normal verification and processing procedures.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilivc Platform, including but not limited to the jilivc name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of jilivc or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any jilivc intellectual property without our express written consent. Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the jilivc Platform using automated tools is prohibited.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Raising a Dispute

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of jilivc, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat and provide full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and the amount in dispute. jilivc will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days.

14.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of jilivc's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. jilivc will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15. Changes to Terms

jilivc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the jilivc Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current conditions governing your use of jilivc. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
